Shipping policy
We currently ship to Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days and shipped directly from Japan.

Returns for Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returns or exchanges for defective items are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
