How to Order

Step by Step

Browse & Select

Find the item you want and select any options such as size or color. Click "Add to Cart" to add it to your shopping cart.

Go to Checkout

Open your cart and click "Checkout." You will be taken to our secure Shopify checkout page.

Enter Your Shipping Information

Fill in your name, email address, and delivery address. Please ensure all details are entered in English (Latin characters) to avoid delivery issues.

Select Shipping & Payment

Choose your shipping method and enter your payment details. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Place Your Order

Review your order summary and click "Pay Now" to complete your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.

Dispatch & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package's journey to your door.

All orders are shipped via Pegasus Global Express. Tracked and reliable delivery to all available destinations.
Varies by country
Shipping Cost Shipping rates vary by destination country and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Dispatch Time Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Tracking A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Customs & Duties

Import Taxes
Who Pays All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Pay When your package arrives, the delivery carrier will collect any applicable customs duties directly from you at the time of delivery.
Estimated Amount Fees vary by country and product. Please check with your local customs authority for more information.
Customs Documents A commercial invoice is included with every shipment. We do not falsify declared values under any circumstances.
IMPORTANT

Customs duties are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Please be prepared to pay any applicable charges to the delivery carrier upon receipt of your package.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy
Returns We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Defective Items If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us via the contact form within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the defect.
IMPORTANT

All sales are final. We are only able to assist with items that have a confirmed manufacturing defect. Requests due to personal preference, sizing, or change of mind cannot be accommodated.
